With over two decades of experience in the retail automotive sales industry I must admit something. For many people it is not easy to get a lucrative automotive sales management job. For a long time that frustrated me because I would see talented people wanting to advance but they seemed to be stuck in their current position.

After years of searching and testing I finally developed a program that puts people on the fast track to automotive sales management jobs. I’m the director of training for one of the nations largest automotive groups with headquarters in Phoenix Arizona.
